How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the United States and most international destinations. Shipping times may vary for international orders.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@lumiglows.store within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. We'll do everything we can to help.

What type of bulbs do the LED mirrors use?
Our mirrors use energy-efficient LED bulbs with a color temperature designed to mimic natural daylight. This gives you the most accurate, flattering light for makeup application.

Are the mirrors dimmable?
Yes! Most of our LED mirrors feature adjustable brightness settings so you can customize the lighting to your preference — from soft and subtle to bright and bold.

Do your products come with a warranty?
All LumiGlow products are backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If there's an issue with your product within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace or refund it.

What power source do the mirrors use?
Our mirrors are powered by standard USB or AC adapter. Each listing specifies the power source. Most include the necessary cables in the box.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@lumiglows.store with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement right away.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after that.
