Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, email support@lumiglows.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@lumiglows.store with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship item back using a trackable method
4. Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receipt

Refund Processing

Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.

Order Cancellations

Cancel within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@lumiglows.store with your order number.
