Thank you for shopping with LumiGlow. We want to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase and a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days after your order ships.

United States: 7-15 business days
Canada: 10-18 business days
United Kingdom: 10-18 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 12-20 business days
Other International: 14-25 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. LumiGlow is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us at support@lumiglows.store and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
