Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Final sale items (if marked as such)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at support@lumiglows.store within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the damage or defect

We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@lumiglows.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective).

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Please email support@lumiglows.store immediately with your order number.
