Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer free shipping promotions regularly — check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. LumiGlow is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and check all entry points to your home. If it is still missing, contact us at support@lumiglows.store and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
